Baker Machine is a relatively small machine shop, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  We generally employ about 10-15 people, depending on the local economy.

Our area of expertise is precision CNC machining of small to medium sized aircraft components and assemblies.  We can machine all types of materials, including exotic alloys, such as Inconel and titanium.

We have a variety of horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers, four CNC lathes of various capacity, and all of the miscellaneous support equipment required to produce parts of the highest quality and accuracy.  All of our equipment is carefully maintained to insure optimal performance for many years to come, and enables us to deliver consistent quality and value to our customers.

Baker Machine realizes the importance of utilizing the most advanced technology available today.  CNC machines have evolved dramatically in the past 10 years, and demand use of high performance cutting tools, sophisticated CAD/CAM software, and personnel with the knowledge and skills to setup and operate them at peak efficiency.
